Coffee with some Interns

Yesterday I met with three other interns who are local to each other. We linked up so we could debrief and share experiences. It was a great catch up where we focussed on getting to know each other better and sharing stories and opinions. A great feature of the program has been the exposure to some awesome operators from other regions. I am very keen to continue building these types of networks to further develop my relationships with high quality educators. The slightly different focus of other networks on the same problems of practice is great to learn about. We will do it again.
